Then do they seek the judgment of ignorance? And who is the best in Judgment than Lord Allah for any people who have confirmed belief?
The Meccan pagans were not accepting the Lord and His Book Adhikr as the Justice at the time of Messenger. Today, Adhikr is codified as the Splendid Book which explains everything as explained in verse 16: 89. Adhikr is the Insight for the entire mankind and It is the Guidance and Mercy for those who have confirmed belief as told in verse 45: 20. It is told in verse 39: 18 that the one who is endowed with the intelligence hears Adhikr and follows It in the best manner, and they are the ones whom the Lord has guided. It is told in verses 33: 72-73: "The purpose of revealing the Trust Adhikr is to punish the hypocritical men and women as well as their followers Mushrik men and women who associate others in the dominion of Lord and to accept repentance from the believing men and women, Lord Allah is the Oft-Forgiving, Merciful".
The wrongdoing Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who reject Adhikr will wail on the Day of Judgment by biting his hand as told in verses 25: 27-39: "I wish if I had taken the way of life with the Messenger, woe to me! I wish that if I hadn’t taken so and so as my intimate friend, surely he led me astray from Adhikr after it had come to me, and Satan was a traitor to mankind”. Messenger Muhammad will witness against his people who had migrated away from Adhikr as explained in verse 25: 30. On the Day of Judgment, the Fujjar Mujirims will bend their heads and say: "Oh, our Lord! We have seen the sight of the Hell, and have heard its roaring, so you send us back to the worldly life for doing righteous deeds, indeed we have become the confirmed believers" as told in verse 32: 12.
